However, 68.7%, 19.2%, and 6.4% are being produced from the building, transportation, and waste sectors, respectively.

We measure the green commitment in two different ways – 1) whether a firm issues sustainability reports, and 2) how frequently the firm mentions words related to the environment (i.e., green words) in the reports. To assess conformity, we analyze electricity consumption data for Korean listed companies for the period 2006 to 2014.
