I had to buy the XiaoxiangBMS app, go to config, BMS read in the top left, and disable Switch under Function configuration, and write to the BMS from the XiaoxiangBMS app for it to work. Resolved the same way but using Overkill Solar app v1.4.1. Disabled the "SW switch circuit enable" and was able to enable discharge.
